I embraced Zoom during the first Covid Lockdown and have continued to teach via the laptop. My existing classes focus on all the areas of fitness we need to maintain in peri/menopause. Lots of strength work, bone loading, balance, coordination, cardio, breath work, pelvic floor health, fascial fitness and balance or course. The sessions are varied in content and fun! Whether you attend live or work from the recording the classes are packed with movement for menopause.

Current Zoom schedule:

Monday 9.30am – 10.30am general level
Friday 9.30am – 10.30am challenging level
Private sessions are available via Zoom
The live class is recorded and sent out to participants, available for 1-2 weeks for plenty of practice time.
