An integrated approach to menopause education for Pilates and Movement teachers.

This 4 hour training course is designed to raise awareness, ignite questions and curiosity about the Menopause transition. The workshop teaching facilitates both theoretical learning with embodied movement practice. The result is education and empowerment for movement practitioners to embrace this often forgotten and taboo subject.
